CLEAR SCOPE. CLEAR EXPECTATIONS.
Terms & production information.
How enquiries, samples and commissioned productions work. Your written quote sets out the scope for your particular project.

1. Studio contact and forming an order
NEJO Cinematic Studio is the studio name used on this website. Contact hello@nejo.co.uk with questions. The supplier’s legal identity, correspondence address and relevant registration and tax details are set out in the written quotation and order confirmation.
A contact message, sample request or project brief is an enquiry only. It does not take payment, reserve a production date, start a subscription or create an obligation to buy. Before an order is accepted, we send a written scope, total price, payment schedule, delivery plan and applicable terms that you can keep. An order proceeds only after the agreed acceptance steps and our written confirmation.
2. Scope, prices and payment
The package prices shown are UK starting totals for the stated scope, including any applicable VAT. Your quotation explains what is included: length, number of videos, creative approach, source material, music/voice options, revision allowance and delivery formats. Bespoke production, extra versions, additional revisions, specialist human voice artists and additional licences are agreed separately. Advertising placement and advertising spend are not included unless expressly quoted.
We do not increase an agreed scope or incur optional paid production costs without approval. Dates depend on receipt of suitable material, agreed payment and timely feedback. We confirm a feasible schedule rather than treating a preferred date in the form as a guarantee.
3. The free five-second preview
One suitable image is enough; you may send up to five to give us a choice. We select the strongest material rather than promise to use every file. Samples are subject to suitability and studio capacity, with one preview per genuine new project. We may decline material we cannot use safely or effectively and explain an alternative.
No card or purchase is required. The preview is an evaluation of creative direction, not a complete advertisement or an unlimited revision service. Preview publication and reuse rights are confirmed on delivery; until then, use it for private evaluation only. We do not publish your sample in our portfolio without separate permission. A project starting without images can request a creative proposal instead of an automatically generated free advert.
4. Material, permissions and factual information
You must be entitled to share and commission the intended use of supplied images, footage, music, scripts, branding and identifiable people’s likenesses or voices. A website listing, public social post or music reference is not proof of permission. References guide a mood or direction; they are not automatically copied into the final work.
Tell us any confidentiality, location, data-protection or licensing restrictions before supplying affected material. You remain responsible for the accuracy and substantiation of the business facts you supply, including prices, offers, dates, performance claims and permissions. We will query material that appears misleading or unsuitable. We do not fabricate testimonials, clients, accreditations or results.
5. Real-asset editing and creative AI work
For an accurate showcase of a real property, product, vehicle or completed project, our default is controlled editing of supplied photographs and footage, not generative replacement of the subject. Deliberate changes, proposed finishes and imaginative AI-created scenes need an agreed purpose and appropriate identification. We do not treat a prompt promising accuracy as proof that an output is accurate.
Creative AI imagery is illustrative unless specifically validated against a real subject. Generative outputs may contain errors and may not be unique. We review work before presenting it and ask you to check the draft against the real-world facts and the agreed brief. A disclaimer does not replace accuracy checking.
6. Review, revisions and delivery
Unless your quote says otherwise, the listed one-off packages include one consolidated revision round within the agreed direction. Please send the changes together. A new concept or expanded scope is quoted before work begins. Fixing our failure to meet the agreed specification is not treated as a chargeable change of brief; statutory rights are unaffected.
We confirm formats, dimensions, duration, soundtrack and any necessary captions or versions in the quote. Review names, dates, prices, spelling and representations before final approval. Approval does not waive rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Final masters are supplied as agreed; working project files, fonts and independently licensed third-party assets are not automatically included.
7. Usage rights, music and portfolio permission
You retain rights in your supplied material. You give us the limited permission needed to assess the enquiry and perform the agreed production. Subject to the payment and licence terms in your order and any non-excludable rights, the final production may be used for the agreed channels and territories. We identify material licence restrictions before you commit.
Third-party stock, music, fonts, voice tools and AI-created elements can have their own restrictions. An assignment of every underlying copyright or a promise of exclusive AI imagery is not implied. We request separate permission before publishing client work, logos or testimonials in NEJO’s portfolio. Silence or an enquiry checkbox is not portfolio permission.
8. Monthly work
Monthly plans are separately agreed, month-to-month arrangements. For the Cinematic Studio video plans, each included video covers up to 30 seconds and a 60-second production uses two included videos. The billing date, production schedule, revisions, usage rights and any carry-over of unused videos are set out in the plan before the first payment. An enquiry does not set up recurring billing.
Email hello@nejo.co.uk before the next billing date to stop the following renewal. We acknowledge receipt, but cancellation does not depend on our acknowledgement. Current-period work and any refund are handled under the agreement and applicable law. Non-excludable consumer rights take priority.
9. Cancellation and consumer rights
For business orders, cancellation arrangements are agreed in the quotation. We explain any reasonable, unavoidable work or third-party costs already authorised; deposits are not described as automatically non-refundable in all circumstances.
If you buy as a consumer at a distance, you generally have 14 days from the service contract being made to cancel, subject to the applicable rules. A personalised creative service is not automatically exempt simply because the output is bespoke. Tell us you are buying for personal purposes so the appropriate information can be supplied.
We will not start a consumer service inside that period unless you expressly request an early start after receiving the required information. If you then cancel, a proportionate charge for services properly supplied may apply where the legal conditions are met. The cancellation right for a fully performed service is lost only with the required prior express request/consent and acknowledgement. For separately supplied digital content, any early-delivery consent and acknowledgement about cancellation are obtained separately. None of these permissions is collected through a general enquiry checkbox.
You can cancel by a clear email to hello@nejo.co.uk. You may use: “I give notice that I cancel my contract for [service/order reference], agreed on [date]. My name is [name] and my contact address is [address].” We provide the applicable cancellation information and form with the order. Refunds due by law are made within the required time. Nothing here restricts your rights to reasonable care and skill, remedies for defective work, or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Concerns, responsibility and disputes
Contact hello@nejo.co.uk with your reference and the issue. We aim to acknowledge complaints within five working days and explain a reasonable proposed resolution. A later correction, escalation or refund depends on the issue, the agreement and applicable law; we do not use a blanket “AI disclaimer” to avoid responsibility for our service.
Neither party excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including fraud or death/personal injury caused by negligence. Other responsibilities are assessed under the agreement and applicable law. Where you are a consumer, mandatory protections and any right to bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction are preserved.
11. Website use and privacy
Do not use the forms to send malicious files, impersonate someone, breach rights or misuse the service. External reference links are not endorsements. Our privacy notice and cookie information explain data handling. Changes to these website terms do not retrospectively change an accepted project without agreement.
