CLEAR INFORMATION. NO UNNECESSARY POP-UPS.
Cookies & browser storage.
A simple explanation of this website’s browser storage. No advertising or analytics trackers are included on this website.

The cookie our forms use
| Name | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
PHPSESSID | A first-party security session used when you interact with or submit a NEJO form. It helps prevent forged submissions and accidental duplicate requests. | Session cookie, normally until the browser session ends. Form security tokens expire after two hours. |
The cookie contains a random session identifier, not your uploaded pictures or message. On HTTPS it is marked Secure and HttpOnly, with SameSite=Strict. Browsers that restore sessions may retain session cookies across restarts; expired form tokens still need to be refreshed.
Why there is no “accept all cookies” pop-up
This website uses only the security session needed to provide the forms you request. It has no optional tracking categories to accept. We therefore provide this information rather than an unnecessary accept/reject banner.
Portfolio and demonstration videos are served from NEJO’s own hosting, rather than embedded social-media or third-party video players. The site does not include analytics tags, advertising pixels or persistent local-storage tracking. Necessary server access/security logs are described in the privacy notice.
Your controls
You can clear or block cookies in your browser. Blocking the security session may stop the forms from working; you can instead email hello@nejo.co.uk. The site does not need an optional cookie preference saved because no optional categories are switched on.
If tracking is added later
Before analytics, advertising technology or external embeds are enabled, we will review their storage/access behaviour and the applicable rules. Technologies requiring consent must remain off until you actively agree, with a clear way to refuse and withdraw consent. Eligible exemptions must be assessed for their specific conditions; “analytics” or “cookieless” is not an automatic exemption.
Hosting/CDN settings and integrations can affect actual behaviour. This notice must be kept aligned with the deployed site rather than assumed to cover future changes.
